At This Eden all of our customers (which is you, hopefully) are extremely important to us! We aim to provide you with a speedy, personal, helpful, cheerful service and endeavour to deliver goods as quickly as possible. During our busy summer period, please allow up to 5 working days for despatch - we will, of course, notify you when your order is posted.
DELIVERY PRICING
If you are ordering from the UK, your items will be dispatched by Recorded Delivery or 1st or 2nd Class Post depending on the size, weight and value of your order. Postage & Packing prices within the UK are as follows:
Orders under £70 - a flat rate of £2.95
Orders over £70 - FREE DELIVERY
If you need something sent abroad, please add our International Surcharge (you'll be directed to it at the checkout) of £2.60 to ensure that your order is dispatched by Airmail.

PAYMENTS
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We use PAYPAL to process online payments. PAYPAL provides you with a safe and trusted means of making online credit /debit card payments. We accept the following cards - Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, Visa Electron
RETURNS
Changing Your Mind...
We hope that you will love our products as much as we do, and be happy with your purchase.. However, we realise that sometimes you may wish to change your mind and return an item.. We are happy for you to do this but the item must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt, unused and in the exact condition that you received it . Please advise us by email if you wish to return anything and let us know why you are returning the item - this helps us improve our service and stock in the future! As soon as we receive the returned item and are happy that it is in resaleable condition, we will will issue you with a refund. Unfortunately, you will be responsible for the postage costs and ensuring that the item is well packed. For your own peace of mind, we recommend that you always always ask for a proof of posting certificate (it's free!)
Damaged Goods
If the item you receive is damaged, please advise us as soon as possible (within 72 hours) by email - just use our '
Contact Us' page. We will give you a reference number which should be written on the outside of the parcel - this makes things a lot easier! As soon as practicable after a returned item is received by us, we will issue you with a full refund, or a replacement if requested. Your postage costs for returning the damaged goods will be reimbursed.
